Can you say this?

1 When you have something to do in the morning that you've been thinking about all night, you don't need an alarm. Your body knows to wake to up at the time you want it to.

One last thing?

Does toothpaste foam, or is it another word? FOAM IN YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU BRUSH YOUR TEETH?

1. is fine by me, except I'd say "at the right/correct time."

2. (I honestly don't know what the heck it does.) My grandfather used to brush his teeth with Ivory Soap. I believe that used to foam.

Just noticed the extra "to" after "wake" in the second sentence of #1.

Your body knows to wake to up when you want it to.

Hmmm. If you were thinking about it all night, did you ever fall asleep?
