Thanks a lot, MM.

Let's say... I know who Savannah is, and I know a lot about her, but I've never met her. Can I say, "I know Savannah well"?

No

You could say, "I feel that I know her well", though we'd be more likely to say, "I almost feel that I know her well", or "It's almost as if I know her personally."
