If she knows I'm going to leave tomorrow she will be very upset.

Which one is said if the other person doesn't know that she's leaving. And what's the difference between each usage?

Thanks!

You are facing the problem of trying to learn grammar and constructions using single sentences. Let's expand, to give a context:
"It's her birthday today and I didn't want to spoil it by telling her. If she knew I was going to leave tomorrow she would be very upset."
and
"I bet some blabbermouth has told her. I'm dreading
