Grammar

kind/type

Hi
Please tell me if this is OK. It is about the difference kind and about.

This fruit can be sweet or sour, and thus they are two kinds. ( ..because of their nature)

This product is available in the shape of a square or rectangle, and thus they are two types. (...because of their form.)
