Hi Juan,

There are so MANY types. My personal favorite is espresso chip. When I was a kid, I loved peppermint stick.

Cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, strawberry, coffee... those are all common flavors.

Baskin Robins is an ice cream chain known for its many flavors - here's a link to their site so you can see them.

Ben & Jerry's is a manufacturer known for its far-out flavors, like "Chunky Monkey" (banana flavored with chocolate chips and I think walnuts) or Cherry Garcia.

generally you could also say just cream, diet or fruit ice creams...
