kindly review this: A complain letter

0 Hi all,02br
00This is a complain letter I intend to send to some company, regarding one of their products that I own. I would appreciate it if you could read it and correct any mistakes I've made (phrases, paragraphs etc.). ignore the <> marks and what's in them. Thank you very much!02br

00Subject: Oven <model> S\N ###02br

02br
00Dear Sir and Madam,02br
02br
00I'm familiar with kuppersbusch products for years, and have purchased few of them over the recent years. Each time I've owned a kuppersbusch product, I was satisfied with its high quality and long endurance.02br
02br
00However, I choose to address you after buying a Kuppersbusch <model> oven, and being highly disappointed from the product and from the service I got.02br
02br
00I bought the Kuppersbusch <model> 18 months ago, on August 2005.02br
02br
00It was purchased from a local licensed Kuppersbusch dealer, Mr. Suhil Damuni.02br
02br
00From the first, the oven was incorrectly installed by a Kuppersbusch technician, whice comitted a visit of another service man few weeks later.02br
02br
00We've addressed Kuppersbusch's sales representative in our area, Mr. Ruby, with this issue, and were answered that the service and installation was made by a new agent, and that the service "should get better in the future", in his words. As a compensation, we were granted another 1 year warranty (in addition to the ### we were granted upon purchasing the oven).02br
02br
00Few days later when we talked to Mr. Ruby again, he said that he will give us only 6 months of extension to the warranty and that he never said anything about "1 year".02br
02br
00Less then 1 year of the purchase date, the two oven's heaters <is this the correct term?> were covered with corrosion, which spread all over it. It is unnecessary to note the safety hazards of using an oven with such faults, on top of the health risks involved in cooking food in it, over time.02br
02br
00I've addressed an authorized Kuppersbusch agent in the region who dragged the process over long months with many excuses, mainly claiming that currently he lacks the required spare parts, and that he needs to order them from abroad.02br
02br
00After waiting 3 months more, we've addressed the sales representative, Mr. Ruby. The response we've got from him left us shocked and stunned. He said that the necessary part had arrived (no one notified us) and we should come and take it and install it ourselves! Needless to say, this is not the response one should get from any salesman, especially not from a Sales Director of such a respected and well known company. 02br
02br
00After long arguments, a technician was sent, but replaced only one of the defected heaters, because those were the instructions he received from his superiors. 02br
02br
00Another call to Mr. Ruby ended with him simply shouting at us that 01b00we should not address him ever again02b00, and simply hanged up the call.02br
02br
00As a last step we've addressed the store owner from which we've purchased this oven (and other Kuppersbusch's products) at the first place, Mr. Damuni. He was very eager to help us and give us any aid we might need. He apologized for the bad service we had got so far, and immediately promised to send a technician. Indeed, a technician came and replaced the second heater and the backmobil <an official name of a certain part> which also became corroded. 02br
02br
02br
00Another malfunction that appears from time to time is that the oven door's handle tends to loose out and needs re-screwing. 02br
02br
00To summarize, we were very disappointed from the product and the service that was given prior to addressing Mr. Damuni, and from the great health risk which is involved in using this oven these days.02br
02br
00Due to our dissatisfaction we would appreciate your help in replacing the oven we now own with a different Kuppersbusch model, with the assistance of Mr. Damuni. 02br
02br
02br
01b00Thank you for your assistance,02b02br
