Kindly review my writing

The office you work in does not have any cafeteria for staff. Write a letter to your manager to request setting up a cafeteria for the staff.

In your letter, you should tell,

• what you heard about the inconvenience from the staff
• how you feel about it
• what suggestions you have about setting up a cafeteria

Sir,

Through this letter I would like to make you aware of the problem which our staffs face due to lack of cafeteria.

It is sad that our office is lacking cafeteria. Because of the absence of such facility, the workers waste their valuable time commuting to the nearest Café. Also when it is rainy, it is inconvenient to walk to such place.

Cafeteria is not only a place to drink coffee and eat snacks but it is also a spot to socialize with colleagues. It is only at that place, workers come to know employees from different departments otherwise it is hard to know each other. And due to the lack of Cafeteria, they are missing such opporturnity.

As there is a vacant room in the first floor of our office, my suggestion is it would be nice if we make use of that room to make it into Cafeteria.
