Kindly help me to reply the below message as due to the shortage of forklift operators, pickers and to achieve company target

pls note, it has noticed that fork lift operators are not scanning the pick list while perform direct loading. scanning done by loading supervisors with standing at loading bay and operators bring the item from location as per supervisors instruction which is a wrong practice and against procedure. lets us pls instruct all the fork-lift operators to carry the picklist and scan the same while bringing the item for loading. we can train the fork-lift operators if anybody does not know rf picking.
