Hope you realize...it is not a complete sentence. BHK - is not a recognizable abbreviated term in the US. I am a bit curious about the hall and kitchen in "1 and 2 BHK ".The way it is written, it would project an impression that some condo units will have 2 hall and 2 kitchens ?
