Kindly help me to correct these two sentences

1. As discussed with the site engineer, Mr. Jeff, He says that he doesn't required any site assistance or co-ordination for the work going to be executed by our joinery sub-contractor from our department. Apart from the above, we have done some work at site in the beginning which are as follows.

2.Please forward the details so that we can make sure that the items receive as per the specification provided.
