Kindly help me to correct these sentences

As the subcontractor was not willing to do this work on time and the site requires it urgently, we have taken up this journey work, so we will complete this work on time and releive the staff. Since they are journey specialists and we require them for home projects, we don't need to do a further visa extension for them, also one of the staff in this team has already requested for annual vacation. In place, we will arrange for one of our site coordinators to be on site by next week and also our site technical officer will join the team end of this month, so that we can handover this project accordingly.
