Kindly help me to correct these sentences
We would like to inform you that we have an issue on resident permit agency as one of our staff members Mr. Vincent had requested a Visa for his new born babies 5 months ago but to vain he had not yet received any positive respond, and we are receiving new stories from the authorities every day.
We regularly following it up with the agent but he was not able to answer when it will be done. We understand from the agent that the person in signatory authority has left company who had official ID. The agency will not issue a new ID to any one unless they have signatory authority. The signatory authority can only be a responsible person who can maintain the ID with Agency.
The problem is that his spouse's resident permit expires next month. Unless he bring to his family before his dependent's resident permit expired all his family status will be cancelled automatically.
