Kindly help me to correct these sentences

As per the calculation made, I have entitled 15 days of leave pay which due on 01/08/2010. But you paid only for ten days of leave pay. I would like to encash my balance leave entitlement of five days in year 2010. So, I request you to arrange for this payment as soon as possible.
