Kindly help me to correct these sentences

Marble floor needs to be re-polished to avoid the door touching to the floor

Apply silicone sealant all around the glass panel to sauna room in order to avoid water leaking through the underneathe the glass panel to the hall.

Repair damaged wallpaper by wetness of wall due to condensation.
