In my opinion ,businesses should not hire employees for their entire lives . To illustrate my opinion here are my reasons

Employees will not get the taste of diversity in their working place. People want to taste something new and want to be good at their job
making or hiring employees to work at a particular place all their life will get them bored and will reduce the efficiency of the business.

Furthermore over familiarity with the business employers. Employees get over familiar with the business and will then not take the work seriously . For example an employees who have in mind that he will work here all his life will never take the work seriously .They will not be enthusiastic about the job and there by reducing the profit of the business

More so employees who do not perform well remain stagnant and are not allowed to leave to another company or business there by causing stagnancy in the business and also financial losses to the company. Employees who loves coming late to work knows that after all he might not be sacked will continually make it an habit to come late and of cause will be killing the business work efficiency

In conclusion , employees should have an opinion to choose what they want and choose if they want to remain at a particular place all there lives
