That looks good, apart from (4)

You could be right with (B), but the sentence seems to imply that George has worked in the company for a long time. In that case, the answer would be (D)

- For as long as he has worked here, he has always been committed

You would be less likely to say ...

- Whenever he's worked here, he's always been committed
