Hi
I drafted a letter to bank. They have sanctioned credit facility of 2 last year but released 1 due to collateral security issue. Kindly correct this letter. Thanks in advance.
Dear Sir
First of all thanks for your financial assistance of overdraft facility of USD 1, which by now completed one year and this facility were sufficiently covered our operation for the period xxx to xxx. Our businesses are two folded since xxx and we are in somehow managed with existing credit facility.
We briefly give below our financial figures for the current operation:
1. Our sales for the year xxx were: USD. Million. A sale for the period from xxx to xxx is USD. Million.The sales have been increased by % for the first eight months operation compared to previous year.
2. Euro is one of the strong forex currencies. We brought Euro for the calendar year xxx and Euro xxx from xxx to xxx.
3. We opened factory in xxx this year. This factory is processing goods for the produce of xxx, xxxx & xxxx. The processed goods from this factory are semi-processed, which are sent xxx for further processing. The shipments is continued to operate from xxxx as before. 4. The current management team has more professionals than before. This helps our business to run professionally, which give support to bring good results.

You have sanctioned credit limit of USD 2, when we applied loan. But the documentation was done for USD 1 million due to land document.
Our company land at xxx was mortgaged for the overdraft facility of USD2. The current market value of this land is USDxxx million. We are continuously in touch with government authorities to avail the original title deed.
We kindly request you to release the balance Tz.50 million to enable us to achieve targeted production.
