Kindly correct the sentences please

Topics: The purpose of the visit was to get the drawings in English language as I couldn't understand Japanese language in the drawings.

Outcome: I met Mr. Tomohisa, a Japan guy who heads the company. He gave me inputs as to how to refer the drawings even though those are in Japanese language. I have collected other drawings as well which were missing on the day we have received the email. I couldn't meet another Japan guy Mr. Shibata who take cares of tools procurement as he was in a meeting. Hence, I couldn't know the status of our quotation which we submitted two weeks ago.

Next Plan: Discuss with our engineering team to choose equivalent parts for the drawings we received. And get in touch with Mr. Shibata for the status of our quotation for tools we submitted.
