Kindly correct my sentences

Topics: The purpose of the visit was to explore the business possibilities

Outcome: ABC company into the manufacturers of electronic items such as Televisions, Refrigertors, etc., I gave them a brief decribtion of our products in that they were interested in tools & spare parts. Presently they are using HRT company make tools and spare parts. and they are having quality issue with HRT company products. They assured me that if we are able to meet their quality requirements, They will switchover from HRT company and start the business with us.

Action plan: ABC company can give repeated business to us if we can meet their requirements. To get in close touch with ABC company.
