Subject: work is not done proper.





I am not satisfied with the quality of envelop production & printing at all. Secondly, you have not sent the color sample which I have given you. Kindly send me the color sample because without that I can not approve it.

We have exceeded the deadline still I have not received the quality which I was looking for, as this work is delayed beyond the timeframe, this work have been cancelled.

Please adjust Rs. 400/- the cost for the paper in your bill.
