Dear Emily,
I hope this letter finds you well. I have heard about a job opportunity on yesterday's conference meeting with my customer and competitors. I think that this job will perfectly suit you and that's why I'd like to share with you.
I met with Mr. XYZ who is the manager merchandising at a local textile firm ABC Textiles and he is currently searching for a Textile merchandiser. Upon asking, he further describes the candidate role's that he/she must be textile graduate and has the ability to deal with German customers. Moreover, the candidate should have strong technical knowledge, can take strong follow ups of pants orders, prebook the supply chain on the basis of forecast and a prior experience in a Textile firm.
Your career profile suddenly clicked on my mind after getting know about the job responsibilities. Firstly, you have completed engineering in textiles which means you have strong technical knowledge. Secondly, I remember you were working as a part-time trainee in a Textile industry. Lastly, you can speak fluently German language so there will be no language barrier and being proficient in German language will not impede in customer dealing. Not only is the company providing the accommodation but also they will be offering a handsome salary package.
During the meeting I ask Mr. XYZ to review your curriculum vitae so he shared his company's card with me. I have enclosed photocopy of that card in which email address is mentioned where you can send your details.
Break a leg and write back soon with employment good news.
Best wishes,
Ayesha
