Hi,Can somebody please help to check the grammar and sentence making of below paragraph. Looking forward to see corrections if required
It is considered by some that organizations and management that ask job applicants to provide their personal data such as marital status,leisure activities and area of interest etc. is pertinent and advantageous while there are others who think that providing such information is useless and inappropriate. In my opinion, I believe that it is important when applying for field -based service while it has no relevancy when applied for a facility - based job.
