You are not happy about a service you received a couple of days ago from a company and you have decided to complain about it.
Write a letter to the company to complain about the poor service you received from its employee.
In your letter, express:

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the poor treatment which I received from your employees.
Last Monday, I went to your company to buy a television and upon entering the store, I was surprised to see that none of the employee approach me. They were more interested in watching a television show rather than engaging with the customers. I even asked assistance from them but to my dismay they were reluctant to help. Experiencing such poor customer service from a reputate brand like yours is the last thing I expect and I am sure such unprofessional workers will cost your business.
I hope that you would take initiative to offer better customer service by training your employees better and becoming more surveillance in their work.
