The grammar is fine. I do think you have quite a bit of repetition in #4. Additionally, you mention 3 houses under consideration, but describe only 2 in #4 in the last sentence.

The grammar is fine. I do think you have quite a bit of repetition in #4. Additionally, you mention 3 houses under consideration, but describe only 2 in #4 in the last sentence. You should describe all 3.
