You have been living in a rented apartment for the last two years. Your rental agreement will expire in two months, but you want to extend it for another two years.
Write a letter to the agency. In your letter,
Sir/ Madam,
I am Mr John who has been living in your apartment for the last two years. And the reason for which I am writing this letter to you is because I want to renew my rental agreement as it is about to expire in the next couple of months.
So far I have been living in your apartment smoothly, enjoying all the modern facilities with its good neighborhood. But the main reason why I want to extend my agreement is because recently a highway which passes through my office has been built just nearby my apartment complex and this would save a lot of time in commuting to my workplace.
However, I would like to include a new term in my next contract as I have bought a washing machine and don’t need a laundry service , kindly remove this service from my next contract.
I would like to request you to please renew my lease agreement for another two years with new term at your earliest convenient. Yours faithfully,
John
