We refer to the above matter wherein we act for the above Plaintif/Insured, Ms Zaharah Binti Mohd Ibrahim whose residential address at Lot 166, Lorong Ikan Jelawat, Ampang, Campuran, 68000 Ampang, Selangor Darul Ehsan in respect of Own Damage Claims (OD Claim).
We write to confirm that we are in the process of claiming compensation from the defendant via legal suit which is already filed in Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court. Please be informed that the said vehicle was badly damaged (total loss) due to the road accident on 3.4.2010 and none of compensations offered by the defendant/insurer for the losses. As such, kindly assist her in restructuring her car loan payment to avoid any possibility of default in payment in the future.
