(And why did you not help him yourself?-- that is what the reader will wonder.)

Thats the trick sir, we are making a social service ad campaign for competition, generally everytime accident takes place everyone except that other man will help that poor man, but no one takes initiative, my message to the people is 'just saying won't help take initiative' followed by the above message.. Thanks sir for your help.
