kindly asked to provide support

Hi, I am a police officer travelling to an English speaking country and I have a paper with me, which says that I'm on my business trip to the country. I wanted to put down something formal in order to ask all law enforcement officers to help me in any situation when I ask them to help me, of course, in legal matters. Now, here's what I decided to write:
Law enforcement officers are kindly requested to provide support to the holder of this document in executing his duties within the legal framework of the respected country???
Tell me please if I am wrong and how do I write it?
