The sentence is " We would like to purchase the said Mixer as future prospects customer" but when I read the sentence I realized that the sentence does not fit, So i made an ammendment to " We would like to purchase the said Mixer as customer's future prospects" but my bos stiil fixed with his sentence and ignore what i've done.

Are you in a business where you are going to buy this mixer as a sample or example of things you have for sale?

If yes, the sentence should be: "We would like to purchase the mixer as an example for prospective customers." Also, you could say: " "We would like to purchase the mixer as an example for future

Our company is dealing with heavy duty equipment for construction from Germany. Yes, we are going to buy the mixer as a sample. I think the sentence you give is useful,now i can use it for my ammendment.

For small items, "samples" are ok. Typically a machine for "show and tell" purpose is called a "demo" unit. (short demonstration)

I think your boss's version is confusingly clumsy as to what exactly he meant: " W
