Kind reminder for e-mail reply?

Could you please help me with the following sentence ? I sent an e-mail on monday to my team for a meeting discussion points that we conducted this week , i will have to remind them to edit and review it because still they have not

"Dear team ,

Kind reminder to review and edit on the "X" file if i have missed something from the meeting please except my apologies

Kind regards"

How can i kindly remind them to review the file and to edit if i have missed something !
