which one is appropriate?
to a kind person or to be a nice person???

Both are perfectly acceptable English but cannot of course be used in the same situation since their meanings are different. One has a prepostion ( to a kind person) and the other has an infinitive ( to be a nice person). Your question is rather odd.

Hi!

I am assuming you meant "to be a kind person" or "to be a nice person," and what is the difference between those two things. Either one could be appropriate, but it would depend on what you meaning you want to convey. There is a narrow difference, but it can be important:

A KIND person is one who does not hurt the feelings of another person, someone who does things to meet
