All of them are NOT acceptable to native speakers as you need to say 'This kind of noodle' , not noodles. If you correct that though, only 1,2, are still unacceptable.

All of them are NOT acceptable to native speakers as you need to say 'This kind of noodle' , not noodles.
If you correct that though, only 1,2, are still unacceptable.

I'd say that the last option is best for written or formal situations but you will hear 'they' a lot in speech.
