Kind of adverb

Sir,

1. Write the following "as " mixed number and "then as " decimals.

I have to underline adverbs in the above sentence. The words in quotes are my choices.

But what are their kinds?

Thanks.

I think it should be ' a mixed number'. I would consider 'as' in both cases as prepositions, and the prepositional phrases ('as a mixed number', 'as decimals') as adverbial modifiers of 'write', as is 'then'.
