Kids sized sounds awkward to me, though I wouldn't be surprised to see it. These expressions could be used to indicate that someone or something is the same size as a child (or a part of a child, such as a child's hand), or that an object is smaller than usual in order to be suitable for use by a child, e.g. a child-sized desk.
