We say, "Fifty-five kilogramEmotion: it wasnt mes".

We normally write 55 Kg.

In formal writing, we should use kilogram(s), less formal we use Kg(s)
And of course we have to say 'ki-lou-gram' when we want to refer "kg" in speaking. We cannot pronounce 'ki-gi', by the way.
