How could I make the following idea written in a title? I have written it as follows. Please help me make it sound natural. Thanks a lot.

Patricia, an American who has taught English at different schools in Taiwan for more than ten years, gets hired as a foreign English teacher from Yangmei Junior High School, which is one of the English key schools in Taoyuan City. She is making her work plan for 2017.

When you say "hired from Yangmei Junior High School", do you actually mean "hired by Yangmei Junior High School", i.e. she gets a job at that school?

Sorry, I forgot to ask you another essential question. Is this the title of the work plan itself? I mean, will it go at the top of the work plan? And who is the audience? Is it people at the school who know who Patricia is anyway, or is it any random person who has never heard of her?
