The below is a description for a hotel-room key which can store payment information like a credit card.
Could you please check if the following sounds natural? I am not sure about the part "you are requested to pay."

This card-key is only valid for the term you have paid for. If you extend your stay, you are requested to pay again and have your card-key updated.
