Are the following sentences grammatically correct?


Kevin got off the bus and started walking. He reached the overlook from which he could saw the whole city below. Kevin sat down on a bench and watched the sea for long minutes. Then he took an open gift, that consisted in a chocolate stick box. Kevin looked nostalgically at the box and then he started to watch the sea again.
