Keeping tutor.

I kept a tutor for my little brother, she teaches very badly so we want to exclude or (an appropriate word) her services giving her excuses of money. Sounding polite as well I say.

Madam you need to stop coming over as I can't afford to keep as a teacher for my brother, as we are running short on money so from today your services are no longer needed. We will pay off all the money that are due or we will clear your Balance that we owe you.

Dear Madam: We can no longer afford to hire a tutor for my brother. I am sorry to say that today is the last day that your services will be needed. Enclosed please find a check for the money we owe you plus a little something to make up for our giving you so little notice.
