I couldn't find keep warm in the dictionary. Do you say that a jacket keeps warm.
This jacket doesn't keep warm.

This jacket keeps/doesn't keep a person warm. (keep you warm / keep me warm) When you go out, wear a jacket so you will keep warm . Note the difference in the subject of the sentence: You must keep warm.
