Keep to work?

Hi,
I am wondering if the sentence is correct. "Unfair company, unfair policy, I really don't know what reason I can keep to work for this company" Do we say keep working or keep to work?

Does this sound better if I say," I don't know why i work for this company for so long?"

Thanks,

I don't know why I continue to work for this company. I don't know why I've kept on with this company for so long. I don't know how I've kept on working for this company so long.
