Keep the room well-ventilated

Are these sentence natural?

Mr. John liked to keep his students well-motivated. (-- he gave them such assignments which stimulated learning.)

Mother wanted us to keep our rooms ventilated. (-- she advised us not to keep the doors and windows shut all the time.)

I keep my room well-lighted. (-- I keep all the lights on.)
