Keep the glasses turned over.

Hi

Could you please help me say this in a natural way?

(restaurant in-charge to a trainee...)

In-charge: We don't keep the glasses straight on the table. Turn all of them over.

Trainee: Is it because the flies don't get in?

Thanks,

Tom
