Keep silent

Does it consider correct? Keep silent or will not be silenced

And what we're trying to do is (just through civil disobedience and direct action and) let the whole world, let the international communities realise that how people in Hong Kong will not keep silent / will not be silenced under the suppression of President Xi and the chief Executive Carrie Lam.
