KEEP or TAKE CARE OF?

KEEP YOUR HEALTH or TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH?

My friend send me a message: TODAY IS SO COLD, KEEP YOUR HEALTH.

Other friend said that, we only use TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH, not KEEP YOUR HEALTH.

I am Vietnamese, help me please?

Actually, we don't use either: they seem to be translations from your language, perhaps. Take care of yourself!
