"Keep me straight."

Does it mean the same thing as "keep me awake" No.

or "keep me focused on something"? It's hard to interpret without a context. Where did you encounter this phrase?
It might mean 'Keep me from being confused."

I heard it from somewhere, but I don't really remember the context. 
"keep me from being confused." so.. you guess "keep me straight" means like "let me get this straight"?
