Do we always use keep+verb+ing for things that(can I use which in cases like this one and which one is more natural?)annoy us?

She keeps doing that.
They keep asking me about that.
I keep doing that.

She keeps doing that.

These sentences are fine, however, and could well express annoyance...or not:
