Karen and I or karen and me?

Both are correct provided you use them appropriately in sentences. Both can be wrong, too, if you don't use them correctly.

"Karen and I" must be the subject of the sentence, which is the nominative case. "Karen and me" is the objective case and requires a proposition (to, for, at, around, under, over, etc.) or construction that makes it the object of a verb.

It the phrase is a subject or subject complement, it would be Karen and I.
