Kansas City

Altman's homage to gangster pics of yore works better as a statement on race relations, but Jennifer Jason Leigh is so unrelentingly hammy that you want to reach into the screen and slap her. Minor Altman, but it's way better than Coppola's similar-themed Cotton Club.
