Just/only

Do these have the same meaning?

When I just think about the incident, I cannot hold back my tears.

When I only think about the incident, I cannot hold back my tears.

Hi Taka, The second sentence should actually be: Only when I think about the incident, I cannot hold back my tears. But there is no big difference in meaning. Regards, Prajwal
